Consumers may return products if they are within the returns timeline AND they meet the following requirements:
The item must be unworn with original tags still attached. The “do not remove” tag must be attached and packaging with the barcode label must be included.
Returns Timeline is 5 days: The return/refund requests must be initiated within 5 calendar days upon receiving the order for all orders.
The 5-day window starts from the date that the courier shows the package as delivered. If the order is a split package shipment and arrives at different times, the 5-day window will begin when the final package is shown as delivered.
Graphic Tees/Sweaters (Graphic Tee section of the website), jewelry, hats, swimsuits, and undergarments are not eligible for returns.
Defective Items: All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
When you place an order with us, please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered. However, once the package has been scanned as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package. Confirm that the shipping address you entered is correct. Visit your local USPS office with tracking info to see where the package was dropped off. Check with neighbors to see if your package was dropped off next door. Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
